1. Pressure Vessel Design Reviewer and Checker Three individuals

Job requirements:

1. Full-time Bachelor's degree or higher in Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related field;

2. Reviewers must have more than 5 years of proofreading experience;

3. The reviewers have more than 3 years of design experience, including at least 2 years specializing in pressure vessel verification.

4. Auditors must pass the S1 and S3 review exam defenses organized by the Standards Committee and be able to access the information online.

5. Possess ASME-related design experience;

Job responsibilities:

1. Supervise the manufacturing process of pressure vessels, conducting incoming inspections of raw materials, in-process checks, inspections of purchased and outsourced components, pressure testing, and final inspection of finished products. Monitor pressure vessel production closely, ensuring thorough inspection and witnessing at each stage, with meticulous documentation to prevent any missed inspections or uncontrolled processes. This guarantees the accuracy, compliance, and completeness of quality control records and reports, ultimately safeguarding the superior quality of pressure vessel products.

2. Able to understand product drawings and process documents, familiar with the structure, performance, and usage requirements of the products being inspected, and capable of completing inspection tasks on time.

6. Non-Destructive Testing Engineer  2 Name

Job requirements:

1. Candidates with science and engineering backgrounds—specifically in fields like metallic materials, non-destructive testing, flaw detection, or related areas—are preferred. Priority will be given to applicants holding relevant certificates for special equipment PT/MT/UT/PT.

2. Possess more than 3 years of work experience in pressure vessels, with a solid understanding of pressure vessel manufacturing and inspection requirements, as well as familiarity with metallurgical materials and welding-related knowledge.

3. Understand pressure vessel systems and be familiar with relevant standards such as national codes and ASME standards.

4. Master the properties and requirements of commonly used pressure vessel materials, and be proficient in operating the necessary instruments.

Job responsibilities:

1.   Carry out the testing work according to standards, based on the actual conditions at the inspection site, and record the test results.

2. Responsible for the authenticity, validity, and accuracy of the test data;

3. Responsible for the regular maintenance and proper storage of testing instruments and equipment;

4. Promptly address any instrument malfunctions or wear-and-tear issues to ensure the smooth continuation of testing activities;
