On July 26, Yang Xiaolin, Director of the Equipment Department at China Fifth Ring Engineering Co., Ltd., led a delegation to Wuhan Donghai Petrochemical Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. for an inspection and exchange visit. Senior Vice President Yan Changlei, Chief Engineer Li Mingkai, Deputy Chief Engineer and Director of the R&D Center Zhou Chuan, and Project Department Manager Zeng Shuo, among others, were present to welcome and engage in discussions with the Chinese team.

At the exchange meeting, the Equipment Room of the Five Rings provided a comprehensive overview of the key design, manufacturing, and inspection/acceptance criteria for critical tower-type vessels and heat-exchange vessels used in the ammonia synthesis unit. Meanwhile, Wuhan Donghai shared insights into its technological innovations in coiled-tube heat exchangers, highlighting their applications across various industries.

After the networking session, the delegation from the Five Rings Equipment Office toured the production workshop, where they engaged in an in-depth discussion with Wuhan Donghai—using actual equipment—to exchange insights on topics such as structural selection and design for coil-type heat exchangers, as well as the appropriate choice of process margins.

In recent years, Wuhan Donghai has maintained excellent communication and collaboration with China Five Ring Group. The company has supplied critical, high-quality equipment for a number of major projects undertaken by China Five Ring, including Hubei Xiangyun, Zhongmei Tuke, Hami Guanghui, Chongqing Xiangyu, and Hubei Hongyi—projects that are pivotal to the region's development. Both parties have consistently praised the outstanding performance of Wuhan Donghai’s products in terms of quality and timely delivery. This recent visit and exchange activity has further deepened mutual understanding, fostered the sharing of technical expertise, and laid a solid foundation for continuously strengthening and expanding their collaborative efforts.
