Qinghai Yasi Polysilicon Tail Gas Recovery Unit – Coil-Type Heat Exchanger Project

The electronic-grade polysilicon production unit successfully incorporates the coil-type heat exchanger developed by Wuhan Donghai.

 

  Recently, it was learned from the official website of Asia Silicon Industry Semiconductor Co., Ltd. that the company is located in the Xining Economic Development Zone in Qinghai Province. The first-phase 60,000 tons/year electronic-grade polysilicon project successfully completed its initial feed-in and startup, marking the successful production of the first batch of high-purity, genuine polysilicon products.

  After successfully supplying over 100 heat exchangers for the project, our company has recommended the key equipment for the tail gas recovery unit to the owner and the design institute. - The rich-poor liquid heat exchanger utilizes the highly efficient coiled-tube heat exchanger product independently developed by Wuhan Donghai. This advanced design boasts notable features such as a compact structure, minimal footprint, high heat-transfer intensity, and exceptional thermal efficiency. After multiple rounds of technical discussions with the client, the design institute, and other relevant parties—during which we highlighted the solution’s ability to significantly reduce both capital investment and energy consumption—we successfully gained their approval, leading them to adopt our company’s recommendation. The smooth commissioning and successful implementation of this equipment also mark another milestone, demonstrating the practical application of Wuhan Donghai’s latest R&D breakthrough.
