Pan Niansong, Chief Engineer of the Hubei Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, visited our company for a research visit.

On June 2, Pan Niansong, member of the Party Leadership Group and Chief Engineer of the Hubei Provincial Market Supervision Administration, led a delegation from the Special Equipment Division and the head of the Hubei Special Inspection Institute to our company for the "Go to the Grassroots, Understand People's Sentiments, Solve Their Concerns, and Warm Their Hearts" outreach activity. Zhou Jun, Deputy Director of the Wuhan Municipal Bureau, along with the head of the Wuhan Boiler Inspection Institute, also participated in the research event.

The research team ventured deep into the production workshop, closely observing the company’s manufacturing process for coiled-tube heat exchangers. They then held a symposium to thoroughly investigate and understand the company’s current business operations and growth trajectory. Chairman Li Junsong provided a detailed overview of the company’s recent progress in production and management. The team leaders highly praised Wuhan Donghai for its strategic focus on product structure adjustment and quality enhancement, which have driven robust external technical collaborations and project development in energy-saving, environmental protection, and new-energy initiatives. They also commended the company’s emphasis on leveraging Party building to spur organizational growth, noting that this approach has consistently bolstered the company’s positive business momentum. Furthermore, the leaders expressed their commitment to supporting Wuhan Donghai in areas such as attracting specialized talent, nurturing skilled workers, optimizing cost structures, and boosting operational efficiency. They encouraged the company to pursue recognition as a “Model Enterprise for Contract Compliance and Credit Integrity,” secure the necessary qualifications for rule-based design of pressure vessels, join the Provincial Special Equipment Technical Standardization Committee, apply for national-level “Specialized, Sophisticated, and Novel” enterprise status, and establish a provincial-level platform for collaborative innovation and R&D partnerships.

He assured that both the provincial and municipal administrations, along with relevant technical institutions, would take proactive measures—developing clear lists of issues and outcomes, strengthening targeted support services, and actively addressing challenges faced by businesses—to genuinely help companies overcome difficulties and foster their expansion. At the same time, Chief Engineer Pan emphasized three key priorities: First, companies must firmly assume responsibility for safe production, continuously enhancing safety awareness and conducting thorough daily self-inspections and checks. Second, enterprises should remain committed to boosting technological innovation. In the context of the nation’s ongoing “Dual Carbon” strategy, firms are encouraged to deepen collaboration with research institutes and accelerate product innovation, driving the development of energy-efficient, low-emission solutions while expanding their application across diverse industries. Finally, companies must reinforce party-building leadership. By leveraging the pivotal role of party branches as robust fighting fortresses and individual party members as exemplary models, enterprises can launch initiatives aimed at improving product quality and safety, elevate standards in manufacturing processes toward greater standardization and automation, and ultimately position themselves as leading national manufacturers of heavy-duty equipment.
