-- Wuhan Donghai's First Product Shipped After Resuming Production

　　On March 31, 2020, Wuhan Donghai shipped its first product after resuming production and operations, marking the full restoration of our company's normal production order.

　　Since receiving approval on March 19, 2020, the company has swiftly mobilized employees back to work through various channels, ensured smooth operations of material and logistics supply chains, and effectively coordinated pandemic prevention and control measures alongside efforts to resume production. Proactively addressing the adverse impacts caused by the outbreak, we’ve taken concrete actions to mitigate losses. Currently, we’re fine-tuning and optimizing our production plans—based on project requirements, workforce availability, material resources, financial allocations, equipment status, and logistical support—to make every possible effort in meeting the needs of our valued customers.

　　This shipment includes the methanol synthesis water-cooled cooler, a key piece of stationary equipment for China Fifth Ring Engineering Co., Ltd.'s 1-million-ton-per-year methanol technology project at Zhongmei Erdos Energy & Chemical. The equipment has a net weight of 84.5 tons, a diameter of 2100 mm, and its shell is made from Q345R + S30403 composite steel plate, while the heat exchange tubes are crafted from S22253 duplex stainless steel. Meanwhile, production of another critical stationary device for the synthetic unit—specifically, the inlet gas preheater—is nearing completion and is scheduled to finish manufacturing and be delivered for installation by April.
