The spiral baffle structure used in the shell side of the helical baffle heat exchanger guides the medium to flow ideally in a spiral pattern through the shell side, breaking away from the conventional lateral flow with multiple back-and-forth turns characteristic of traditional vertical bow-type baffle heat exchangers.
Therefore, the heat exchanger's heat transfer performance, energy consumption, anti-fouling capability, and vibration resistance have been significantly improved.
