The change of the reactor form can make the pressure drop control more strict and the heat transfer efficiency is higher on the basis of the existing operation process, which effectively solves the equipment overrun and manufacturing problems in the process of large-scale installation. At the same time, the coiled tube heat exchanger designed by this method realizes high-volume application in low-temperature methanol washing device, natural gas mining purification-storage-transport device, fine chemical and pharmaceutical product device, and has achieved remarkable energy saving and consumption reduction effect. The requirements for equipment size and large-scale equipment and mini-fabrication are required.
