On August 4, 2023, Ma Yiming, an expert from the Heat Exchanger Subcommittee of the National Technical Committee for Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization and Deputy Chief Engineer of Gansu Lanpec, visited our company for technical communications.
Chief Engineer Li Mingkai introduced the company's recent work in heat exchanger product development, manufacturing technology, and quality control. Professor Ma Yiming, a senior engineer, acknowledged Wuhan EPHE's achievements in heat exchanger product development and market promotion, as well as its contributions to the formulation of NB/T10938-2022 "Spiral Tube Heat Exchangers." Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the implementation of heat exchanger technical standards, case analysis, new technology applications, and quality assurance.
In the afternoon, Professor Ma Yiming gave a lecture to the company's R&D, technical, process, quality inspection, and quality assurance personnel on the implementation requirements of the GB/T151-2014 "Heat Exchangers" standard and its comparison with ASME, TEMA, EN13445, and API660 standards. The lecture also covered the ongoing revision work of GB/T151.
This exchange activity enhanced the understanding of GB/T151 among the company's technical personnel. Through interactive Q&A and discussions on the revision work, it injected new energy into the company's efforts to improve the R&D, design, and quality control of heat exchanger products, effectively strengthening the company's ability to supply heat exchanger products to the market.
