On July 26, the project "Design, Manufacturing, and Inspection Key Technologies and Engineering Applications of High-Parameter Pressure Equipment," jointly developed by our company and Wuhan Engineering University, was awarded the first prize of science and technology progress at the Hubei Province Science and Technology Conference.
The project serves the major strategic needs of the country, faces the main battlefield of scientific and technological innovation, and has carried out a series of experiments, tests, and research on the design, manufacturing, and inspection technologies of 70MPa-class drilling fracturing and gas purification equipment, sodium pile components and equipment under 850℃ conditions, low-temperature gas storage and transportation equipment at -253℃, and fatigue equipment under alternating working conditions (40~6MPa, 50~480℃). It has formed a number of key technologies for engineering applications, including the design and calculation methods of sealing structures for high-temperature and high-pressure pressure equipment, online monitoring devices and software systems for high-temperature fatigue equipment, and brittle monitoring and recognition devices and software systems for low-temperature materials.
