High-efficiency heat exchanger

Wuhan Donghai has adopted patented single- and dual-shell anti-short-circuit helical baffle heat exchanger technology in numerous large-scale refining and chemical units, enabling optimized process calculations and structural design for these heat exchangers. This approach ensures the equipment operates economically and remains highly efficient over the long term, outperforming conventional bow-and-baffle heat exchangers.

Reactor

The chlorovinyl fixed-bed reactor is the core equipment in the chlorovinyl synthesis process, playing a critical role in enhancing PVC production capacity and reducing energy consumption. Our company is a domestic manufacturer specializing in the assembly-line production of this equipment. The newly designed and developed converter by our R&D team has gained widespread adoption in the chlor-alkali industry due to its stable reaction temperature, extended catalyst lifespan, high conversion rate, and robust production capabilities. Since its establishment, we have supplied nearly 3,000 converters to more than 60 customer facilities, accounting for over 70% of the national market share.

Melamine Complete Technology Set

Our company has successively provided key melamine equipment and complete production units to companies such as Sichuan Yuxiang, Chengdu Yulong, and Kuitun Jinjiang, helping them build a total of 10 production lines with an aggregate capacity of 440,000 tons—accounting for 30% of the national market share. These newly commissioned complete systems stand out for their cost-effectiveness, low energy consumption, streamlined processes, high levels of automation, exceptional product yields, ability to consistently produce premium-quality output on the first attempt, and capability for long-term, stable operation.
